With years of experience both personally and professionally, I'm aware of the unique challenges faced by those with ADHD. I work with adults, parents and caregivers of children and young people, as well as partners and spouses to help create a greater understanding of ADHD, and to help improve relationships. While ADHD can create barriers for so many in different aspects of life, it doesn't mean that these barriers can't be broken or worked around with the right support.
Adult ADHD Coaching
Together we look at how your ADHD affects you, your self-awareness of it and also work around acceptance if this is something you struggle with. ADHD can affect many areas in life and it can sometimes feel like nothing is going as you had hoped. We work together to see where we can gain insight, make improvements and bring about change, some of which can be practical and some to help with your emotional wellbeing. Your own bespoke coaching using strategies that are realistic and acceptable to you.
Whether you are a parent or a caregiver to a child, ADHD and Autism brings challenges all of its own. These challenges can come from various areas in both you and your child's life. Areas such as school, home, friendships etc. We work collaboratively to find solutions to some of these challenges, in ways that are realistic for you and your family. For the things that cannot be changed, we change our perspective by adopting different coping strategies and learning to work with them.
The focus is on you. Do you want to improve your skills by strategic planning, staying focused on tasks, creating or completing projects? Maybe it's improving communication skills or time management. Sometimes work and what is expected of us can become overwhelming, whether we are climbing the corporate ladder or simply want to make the most of the roles we are in. Maybe the goal is to have a better work-life balance. You choose what you work on, together we tackle it.
One-off Coaching Session
Do you have a specific time-limited task/goal and are struggling to put it together or find the time to manage it all? Together we ensure that you have considered all barriers to completion, managed your expectations,, as well as the consequences of not completing the task itself. We look at time management, your drive and passion and take a realistic look at the work required to meet your goal. Great for those who are studying and/or have work projects to complete. As we all know, deadlines can be a nightmare!
An intense and in-depth session that can help you gain clarity and create a plan for your future. I use proven techniques to explore your challenges and identify the limiting beliefs and negative patterns that may be holding you back. Through powerful questioning and active listening, and various tools and techniques, we discover your core values, beliefs and goals. You will gain new insights into you and your life, develop new positive habits and overcome any obstacles that may be standing in your way.
